The BMWRSM Post-Holiday Pot-Luck feast was held in Lisbon at the home of Brian Lynch for the 3rd year in his cavernous, heated, festive garage. About 35 members attended and contributed their many gastronomical talents. A wide range of entrées from traditional Italian fare was supplied by the club (prepared by Graziano’s) as well as many creative and delicious sides, chili’s, appetizers (loved the grape leaves), breads and desserts. Included were a wide variety of culinary origins and well represented Vegan and Gluten Free options.
Both long time members, new members and spouses contributed to the convivial evening, regaling past adventures, and plotting our upcoming riding season. To cap the night off we helped current VP (and past president) Thom Folan celebrate ringing in his birthday and first social security check!
Many thanks to Ken Gaudin and Leah Mahoney who helped organize and got the party started, Brian for hosting, and all who contributed their many culinary talents to make this another smashing success. Remember to save the date for 2024- always the Sunday before the Super Bowl!
